Fujifilm X-T5 Event Indoor Artificial Settings
The Key Setting
The X-T5 has one setting most event operators never find — the Pre-Shot ES. Under the shooting menu enable Pre-Shot ES and the camera begins buffering frames before you fully press the shutter. In event photography where decisive moments happen faster than human reaction time this feature captures frames that would otherwise be permanently missed. Find it, enable it, and never shoot an event without it again. Also critical — check your electronic shutter for banding under fluorescent or LED lighting before the event begins. Shoot a test burst and review at 100 percent. If you see horizontal banding switch to mechanical shutter immediately.

"The sensor resolves forty megapixels. Every frame you take is an archive. Shoot with the intention that each frame will be examined at full resolution. That intention changes how you compose before you press the shutter."
