Hire a vetted photographer.
Every photographer here cleared the Cameras Decoded skill bar — tested shooting, client scenarios, a portfolio review, and a trial gig — before taking a single booking. Tell us the job. We hand-match you within 48 hours.
Three steps. One human doing the matching.
No lead firehose, no bidding wars. You describe the job, a person matches you to a photographer who's proven they can do it, and your money is protected until the work lands.

We hand-match you

What "vetted" actually means.
The word is worthless without a checkable bar. Here's ours — published, enforced, no exceptions.
Tested skill, not self-reported
Passed our proctored shooting exam and client-scenario assessments — pricing, rights, and the difficult-client conversation — before touching a booking.
Portfolio reviewed
Twenty images scored against a rubric: exposure control, composition, consistency across a set, editing restraint. Reviewed by a working professional.
Trial gig completed
Every photographer shoots a supervised trial before any solo booking. Nobody's first real gig is your wedding.
Rated after every job
Clients rate every shoot. Fall below 4.5 stars and the badge comes down. One no-show and they're out — no second chances on reliability.
ID-verified and contracted
Government ID on file, signed contractor agreement, real accountability. And on your side: every client is verified too — ID and card on file before we dispatch anyone. Our photographers never chase payment.
Three photographers. That's the pilot.
Scarcity is the point. Each slot below is currently working through the vetting bar. When a photographer clears it, their card goes live here.

Pilot pricing is confirmed in your match email — exact numbers depend on the job. The structure never changes:
No hidden cuts, ever. The fee is one line on your invoice, not buried in the rate. Reschedules 14+ days out are free; inside 7 days the deposit is forfeit — the photographer held your date.
Protected on both sides.
Verified clients only
Every client is verified — ID and card on file — before dispatch. No card, no photographer.
The brief is the contract
Scope, deliverables, usage rights, and cancellation terms agreed in writing before money moves.
Usage rights, stated plainly
You get the license you booked — personal or commercial. The photographer retains copyright unless you buy it out. It's in the brief, not the fine print.

Two minutes. A human reads every request and matches you within 48 hours.
Request received.
Your brief is in the queue. A human is reading it now — expect your match within 48 hours at the email you gave us.
Shoot with us.
Pilot terms, stated honestly: hand-matched gigs, low volume at first, a 20% placement fee, and a real bar to clear. If you want a lead firehose, this isn't it. If you want clients who are verified and briefs that are real, apply.
Application received.
Your portfolio goes into the review queue. If the work clears the rubric, you'll hear about the skill exam and trial gig next.
Asked, answered.
What if my photographer cancels?
We rematch you free, or refund your deposit in full. Your date is covered one way or another.
Do I get the RAW files?
Only if it's in the brief. Standard delivery is a finished, edited gallery — the photographer’s craft is part of what you’re buying.
How fast do I get my photos?
Turnaround is set in the brief before booking. Typical: 7 days for portraits, 14–21 for events, quoted for weddings.
Can I book for commercial use?
Yes — select Commercial in the request form and it’s priced into your match. The license is written into the brief so there’s no ambiguity later.
Why only three photographers?
This is a pilot. We’d rather match you well three times than match you badly three hundred times. The roster grows as photographers clear the bar.
Your date deserves a sure thing.
Tell us the job. We’ll handle the rest.
